L2 EAD is dependent on L1 primary approval. Until you have approved EAD you can not start working. Some unsaid truths are

1. Few people thinks if they have submitted L2 EAD renewal application then they can work even if EAD is expired.

2. There is automatic 180 extension allowed once you submit renewal application and you did not get response before current EAD expires.

Try to submit EAD renewal some days after filing L1/L2 extension.


Here are steps to submit L2 EAD renewal.


1. Gather all following documents copy and arrange as per sequence.
a. Passport size Photos 2. With your name and I94 number written back site with pencil.
b. Check of $410. "U.S. Department of Homeland Security". Fees might change. Please visit USCIS site for more details.
c. Completed I-765 form
d. Copy of previous EAD front and back side
e. Copy of Passport first and last page
f.  Copy of Passport stamped page with entry in USA
g. Copy of SSN
h. Copy Marriage Certificate
i. G-1145 form
j. Copy of i-539 filed notice. This notice you receive once USCIS receive your application for L2 extension.
h. Copy of L1 extension Primary Visa applicant notice.

Along with above if you have received L1 / L2 approval notice then send copies of it.

2. You can send documents in envelope using U.S. Postal Service (USPS) First-Class and Priority Mail Express deliveries or overnight/courier deliveries (non-USPS). Depends on your choice addresses are different. Please visit below link for more details of address.

Usually USPS First class is cheapest and it takes 6-8 days to reach. So plan accordingly.

3. Once documents reached. You will get acknowledgment notice. Then all you have to do is wait.

4/20 - First class mail to Phoenix center.

4/28 - Received and got text message that it is in processing now.

5/5 - Received acknowledgement receipt.
5/17 - Online status changed to approved.
5/21 - Received renewed EAD card

There is no concluded solution for this in apple support. Here is what I did to fix for my Apple watch. In Iphone there was pending update for Apple watch. Now you try updating it if it is successful without error you are all good. Before starting update note to do following things.
1. Plug in Apple watch to charging.
2. Make sure IPhone has enough charging.
3. Start Apple Watch update from IPhone. I go following error.


Apple Watch update the watchos update couldn't be verified because you are not connected to the internet


This took long time to fix. But released that my IPhone OS is not updated. So I have updated IPhone OS first and restarted both Apple watch and Iphone. Next thing did was updating Apple watch and it worked without error. Since then Exercise activity ring is working.

If you are planning to buy apple watch then think twice and read all about Apple watch before buying. Here are some pros and cons of it. These are based on my actual use of Apple watch for a month.

Pros

1. Perfect for health measurement. Calculates accurate calorie burned during day.
2. Perfect for wrist and give feel good.
3. Reminds you for standing up and breathing.
4. Receive and respond calls while driving. You need to have your Iphone synced with Apple watch for that.
5. Check calorie burned during swimming, gym and indoor running.
6. Analog and Digital watch dial look change.

Cons

1. Top glass easily breakable even from 1 to 2 feet height
2. For broken Apple watch without AppleCare you can not get replacement watch even if it is under warranty or within return timeframe.
3. Apple watch belts are not good material , gets easily wearing marks within couple of weeks.
4. You need to have Iphone to start Apple watch.
5. Battery life is very low. Without use also battery gets drained within 2 days. With use you will need to charge it every day.
6. If glass gets break, the touch sensitivity goes away. No use of Apple watch since only option left is to unpair from IPhone and return.

It is very second week after purchase my watch broke at corner when it fell from small sitting bench in gym. I did not have choice than returning or asking for replacement. There are already lot of forum and posts about Apple watch break stories. There is no guaranty of repair outside of Apple and no repairing store do it. If you find please reply to this blog.

Apple Store told me even though it is small crack without apple care cost would be around $295. With apple care cost would be $76 of replacement.

AppleCare do provide 2 years of software failure support and 2 times replacement warranty in case of breakage. Apple care plan itself cost is $52(With taxes).

In my given situation. I did not have choice to go for repair. Fortunately Apple gives 60 days to purchase AppleCare. So you buy AppleCare if incident happen to you. Better to buy AppleCare through Apple customer support. Once you buy AppleCare put repair order in couple of days. Unsaid thing here is Apple care plan will automatically starts from date when you bough your Apple Watch. After putting repair order you will receive package with return label.



Remove your strap / watch belt and put the watch in between plastic sticky coating. Make sure to unpair Apple watch from Iphone. Here are more instructions before you start process.

Seal the package back again and strap it with prvided sealing tapes.

Remove the original fedex tracker and keep only the bottom returning one. Drop it in FedEx center.


Once you drop you will receive email of shipment receive by Apple, status of repair and sending it back to your address. Mostly they send replacement with new piece. Entire order and replacement was completed within couple of days.
