Steps to file grievance for EPF account
1. Click on following link to connect EPF Complaint page
Soon you enter details information will be automatically populated in form below
3. Below that fill your grievance details appropriately. Make sure you select setup password and email id only and submit. Try this until you get message that your grievance is already submitted and submit new after 30 days.

Office code - ABC
Establishment code 0012345
Extension 000
Account number 1234567
