1. Do not book any transport vehicle for goods pickup and delivery. There are lot of agencies outside warehouse which will give negotiable rates.
2. Make sure to reach the address earliest morning so that you will have guaranteed release of goods by at least late afternoon.
3. Process of documentation is really slow so carry enough water and food. There is canteen inside as well in case if you wanted to buy and eat.
4. Carry approximate money if you think you will have to pay custom duty on items. There is only SBI ATM outside warehouse.
5. If you are not familiar with roads in Mumbai then UBER or OLA is best option.
6. There are options to choose TR(Transfer of Residency) or NTR while filing application form. If you file TR then you can not again file TR in next 3 years. Keep note of this because you will get stamp of it on your passport.

Once you get paper work done then warehouse people will bring you stuff outside. You can count and check it there itself. From warehouse till gate stuff can be carried by Man cart . They take approximately Rs.300 to Rs. 500 per trip.

Any kind of bank interest above Rs 10000 will be taxable and usually bank updates it in Form 26AS. Now if it is not present in Form 26AS then you can calculate through bank statement or by generating Form 16A or Bank TDS certificate.

If you are trying from new device to login into gmail or from new IP address then google will ask for authentication. And if you don't have authentication setup then it will ask for questions like to enter your date of birth and mention some of your contacts in gmail address book. Google will respond within 24 hours or so if they can give you new password. If they are not satisfied then you can not do anything to recover your account. 

I was in same situation and somehow after few days (Almost 2 weeks) when I tried to login from known device i was able to get in and then I setup recovery number and tried from new device and able to recover my account. Hope this works for you as well.

If you looking to sell your car. First thing you will be asked to get remove bank name from RC ( Registration Certificate Card) book. There are other ways to transfer loan and get new RC book but here this blog is for only those who paid their Car Loans and wanted to remove lender name from RC book. Before you plan to visit RTO office collect following copies and originals.

1. Bank NOC- Original - You will get NOC from Bank. The bank also sends an NOC for the insurance company, that copy is not needed by the RTO.
2. Form 35 ( 2 Original Copies). Notice of Termination of an agreement of Hire Purchase / Lease / Hypothecation. This form 35 will be given by your Loan bank when you get NOC from them. Usually NOC will be sent to your Loan registered address , some bank do give courier address choice.
3. RC Book / Card - Original
4. Online application payment receipt. I have given details process below . How to apply online for removal of Hypothecation.
5. Car Insurance - Copy
6. PUC - Copy
7. Hypothecation Removal Form or HPP Form. You can get this form from any Xerox outside RTO for Rs.2 . Just ask them form to remove bank name from RC Book.
8. Aadhaar Card - Copy

Optional Copies to Carry -

1. Driving License - Copy
2. Address Proof - Copy - Any address proof which has RC book address. I was not asked but it might be asked.
3. Photos - Keep passport size photos handy in case.
4. Carry originals of all ID and Address proof.

Online steps to apply for Hypothecation Termination : 

1. It is all online now so don't think RTO office people will entertain you for paper based work. Go to Parivahan site , link is below , and enter your registration number ( Basically your car number plate ).

2. Now click on following link. It will open Submit Online Application (Multiple Fees Payment) page.

Misc (TO/CoA/HPA/HPC/HPT/DupRC)

3. Enter your Car Chassis Number and generate OTP using your cellphone number. Chassis number will be on your RC book. Once you click show details button it will open all details of this owner and registration of this car.

4. On next page now check the Termination of Hypothecation checkbox , verify all other details on page. and submit.

5. Now on next page enter the insurance number,boot slot for appointment to RTO and pay the Hypothecation removal charges about Rs. 250 and print the payment receipt.

Once online application is submitted. As mentioned above mandatory documents visit RTO on mentioned appointment day. Carry Pen, stapler and glue as they will require. Inquire in RTO whom to visit to submit the application. Show him all documents. If everything is correct then he will keep it but in case I was asked to do following things.

1. Self sign on all the copies.
2. Sign on Form 35 and write the Car registration number and Dy RTO <RTO CITY NAME> on the form.
3.On the Hypothecation removal form I was asked to take stamp from another window "Khatala office". and signature on back of the same form. Basically it was consent that in my absence someone else will submit all details.

If you don't know your application number then just follow the step 1 to 4 and as soon as you select any checkbox it will prompt your application number with message that you have already submitted application. Also your application number is printed on your payment receipt.

After applying for my removal of Hypothecation the application got approved within week. Following week my new card printed and dispatched. I received my new RC book smart card almost after month at my RC book address. So process took 45 days from appointment till I get RC book.

1. List out items you wanted to ship. 

It is very important that you should know exact dimension and weight of your items. So spend some time on it before calling to take quotes for shipping. All the items listed, note down approximate cost now.


      2. Decide packaging material and approximate shipping cost

Air or Sea shipping cost is based on weight or dimension of total shipment.  And charges are based on either of Volumetric weight of all boxes dimension or actual physical weight whichever is maximum. Advise would be to keep  minimum boxes and adjust all your items in it. Shipping material should be double layer boxes which you can get it from Home Depot.


      3. Quotes from companies and final shipping cost

There are lot of Air and Sea fright  forwarder services. Use following link to contact New York and New Jersey state International shipping services. Call and communicate to take quotes for your shipment weight.

Before finalizing deal with forwarder make sure you approximately to keep Volumetric and actual weight same.

Formula to get volumetric weight - 

Actual Gross Weight = 3 boxes x 10 kgs each = 30 kgs

Volumetric Weight in kgs using centimeters = (50 x 40 x 40cm) x 3 boxes / 6000 = 40 kgs

Volumetric Weight in kgs using inches = (19.6 x 15.7 x 15.7) x 3 boxes / 366 = 40 kgs

Result: 40kgs is greater than 30kgs so the Chargeable Weight will be 40kgs which is also the Volume Weight.

     4. Finalize the forwarder and book for pickup
Once your packing is ready , be ready to decide actual shipping date.Since most forwarders have their carrier date decided , you might get any 2 days of week choice when they will actually ship goods. Based on your travel plan decide when you want to ship it actually. Remember the India goods warehouse will charge you post 4-6 days holdings as storage charges per kg. So be very sure to about your timing of travel and shipping date.
Talk to your forwarder and arrange for pickup. You will have to pay for moving goods from your home to his warehouse. You can negotiate little bit but don't expect much change.
   
     5.  Goods moving day from Apartment/House
Since you have booking for items pickup a truck will come for pickup. In my case it was only driver so I had to help to load all my stuff to truck. Take photos of all your items so you will know its condition at arrival. After sending items your forwarder will send you invoice and final shipment confirmation with flight schedule.

It is very painful if your number gets disconnected after couple of months if you don't pay previous telecom provider due bill. It is very simple and you don't have to walk to any of the previous or next service provider. This situation is applicable only for postpaid.

1. For Vodafone quick bill pay is site where you can enter mobile number, relationship number which is account number on your bill, email address and amount to be paid. Once paid send receipt of payment to current telecom provider.
2. You can call helpdesk of Vodafone from any other number and ask for email id to send receipt and to activate number back.
3. For other service provider as well you can call the helpdesk previous telecom company and understand mode of payment.
